The "Two-Cent Press" is published by GM, channeling the spirits of an intrepid newspaperman, Ichabod Shade, and his assistant, Max L'Ost, who worked out of an office on the second floor of a two-story storefront in downtown, Brooklyn, New York, in 1897. Their newspaper was premised upon the notion that, in a chaotic and unjust world, truth was their polestar. Unfortunately, their regular readership was often limited to their sisters-in-law. But rest assured, dear readers, that, as with everything in the TCP, almost none of the above is true.
